Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 4 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email, with the exception of preorders. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, there may have been a problem in the system, so please contact us at info@grimrabbit.com and we will get back to you shortly.

Preordering

When preordering an item from our site, full payment is required at the time of preorder. Your payment secures your place in the preorder queue and guarantees your product once it becomes available. The estimated delivery date for the preordered is an approximation based on current production schedules and will be found in the product details section. Delays may occur. The stage of fulfillment will determine if the product can be canceled and refunded. We reserve the right to make minor changes or updates to the product based on improvements or availability of materials. We will notify you of any significant changes to the product or delivery schedule.By completing your preorder, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please contact us immediately if the item received is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
